With National Pancake day quickly approaching its almost seems like fate that I would be sent to my most recent shoot. I got to spend some time today with Chef Leah Wilcox, and while discussing our amusement of bathroom mirror self-portraits I got to photograph a bunch of mouthwatering pancake dishes. The smell in this kitchen was heavenly so you can imagine my excitement when after the shoot I was given some of my own treats to take home. I’m personally fond of the Peanut Butter Cup Pancakes, but with so many to choose from, you’ll have to try your own.
