One of my favorite things about Chicago is the way everyone comes together to celebrate everything. Whether its sports, festivals, or holidays, even on weekdays you can walk neighborhoods seeing the most fascinating people. Halloween is no exception, even on a Wednesday night the costumes and people are incredible. Enjoy some of the finer folks of the night.
