Anime Chicago is the Midwest’s biggest Anime Convention, all you need is to do is get remotely close to the convention center and you will see how true that is. From my train stop over 30 min away I began to see fans heading out in their gear and costumes, it’s always an amazing site to see the number of people that gather for this great event. This year was Acens 16th year and had no shortage of dedicated fans, creative cosplayers, and just all out amazing people. Some show for the shopping in the dealers room, the unique video games of the game room, the fascinating panels, or fun video rooms; but my reason for attending will always be the fans. www.acen.org
