I have always been a big believer in first impressions; a matter of seconds can put you in the best mood for things to come. With myself being a big time anime fan, I was excitedly surprised to find Final Fantasy Advent Children playing on a projector in my newest restaurant shoot. I have always been a big supporter of the joy and energy that comes from fellow Japanese fans. So naturally I was excited, Sushi X is quite the hidden jewel with a feel like a cozy movie theater and beautiful artwork hanging. After chatting with the hostess about different movies and the regulars that come in I knew to be excited for the food. The shoot went beautifully and I even had the privilege to sample some of their more popular rolls.
